We were stranded on a cross country trip. The bearing on our boat trailer went out. He came out and when he jacked up the boat the tire fell off. He drove all over to find our needed parts. He did our repair at our hotel parking lot and got us back on the road. We will forever be grateful.

Napiers Mobile Service was outstanding to work with. They responded quickly, got out to our heavy-duty truck fast, and had the issue diagnosed and fixed in no time. Their technician was professional, knowledgeable, and kept us updated throughout the whole process. Getting our truck back on the road quickly was huge for us, and they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend Napiers Mobile Service for anyone needing fast, reliable heavy-duty truck repair.

Napier’s Mobile Service out of Decatur, Illinois truly came through for us when we needed help the most. We found ourselves in a stressful situation and needed assistance quickly, and from the moment we reached out, the experience was nothing short of excellent. The response time alone was impressive—he got back to us right away and made it clear that helping us was a priority. What really stood out was his professionalism and knowledge. It was obvious that he knew exactly what he was doing, and he took the time to explain things in a way that was easy to understand. That kind of transparency and communication goes a long way, especially when you’re already dealing with an unexpected issue. Instead of feeling overwhelmed, we felt reassured that we were in capable hands. The service itself was fast and efficient without feeling rushed. He diagnosed the problem quickly and got to work immediately, making sure everything was handled correctly the first time. It’s not often you find someone who can balance speed with quality so well, but Napier’s Mobile Service absolutely delivered on both. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about helping his customers. Anot
